Pull type head sampler
Product introduction
DLC type pull head sampler is mostly used in the site with limited space structure. It is installed at the falling flow of the head conveyor of the belt conveyor. The drive motor and chain drive mechanism drive the sampling hopper, which drives the sampling hopper in the initial position. A vertical reciprocating motion is achieved between the extreme position and the extreme position. When sampling, the intercepting trajectory is perpendicular to the flow plane, and a full width and full thickness subsample is taken from the stream.

Technical features
Head sampling machine technical features:
The movement of the sampling head is driven by the variable frequency motor, and the stepless speed regulation is adopted. According to the different flow rates of the material and the main system, the cutting flow speed of the sampling machine is adjustable, and the intercepting speed is kept constant during the process of obtaining each sample. The deviation is controlled within ±5%.
The sampling effective stroke accommodates the full width of the material stream, and when the sampling head is in the waiting state, it can completely leave the main stream.
The sampling bucket is installed on the lower part of the belt roller and does not contact the belt. It not only ensures the complete cross-section and does not damage the belt, but also runs smoothly, safely and reliably.
The sampling position of the sampling head in the non-working state is convenient for inspection and maintenance.
