Large angle belt feeder
Product introduction
DQPJ type large angle belt feeder is designed according to the full load condition. It can be fully loaded after an emergency stop. There is no slippage or shattering when starting or braking under various conditions.
The drum is a welded structure of steel pipes. The width of the drum is not less than the width of the conveyor belt plus 100 mm.
The belt conveyor is fully sealed. The shield itself has sufficient strength and rigidity for easy installation and removal, and weather and dust leakage.
The bolt tensioning device can be used to adjust the belt deviation to avoid slack and slip due to belt aging.
It is equipped with a zero-speed detection switch to effectively detect the slippage, breakage and blockage of the conveyor.
Set the deviation switch and the rope switch to effectively prevent the belt from running off and can brake in an unexpected situation.
