The automatic capping barrel packaging machine is composed of feeding mechanism, capping mechanism, sealing mechanism, rotating mechanism, barrel outlet mechanism, automatic coding mechanism, air pressure system, electrical control system, etc. When the equipment is running, the sample barrel will automatically align and receive the sample at the sample retention station. After the sample enters the sample barrel, the sample barrel will automatically rotate to the gland station, and the gland mechanism will press the sealing cover on the barrel body to seal and package the sample. An IC card without data is attached in the sealing cover, the sample barrel automatically rotates to the coding station, the encoder writes the information data of the material into the IC card, the sample barrel automatically rotates to the barrel outlet station, and the barrel pushing mechanism pushes the barrel with information data out of the packer.
