Recently, the intelligent transformation project of Baotou Iron and Steel Bridge Automatic Sampling Machine has been successfully put into trial operation. This system is the first fully automatic intelligent sampling system of Baotou Steel Group.
This project is a bridge type sampling system for coal, mineral and other materials, which can achieve fully automatic samp li ng mode after the driver starts with one click. The driver presses the start button at the iron front inspection station of the chemical inspection center, and the automatic sampling equipment can complete the entire process of scanning, sampling and packaging in 6 minutes.
The material packaging process is unmanned, and light and heavy drums are automatically transported. After the equipment is put into operation, it will achieve intelligent upgrading, improve risk prevention and control level, save sampling time, and thus improve sampling efficiency.
The successful trial operation of the bridge sampling system for the car has accumulated valuable experience for our company to cooperate with other customers.
