In early October, the intelligent sampling system for ore and auxiliary materials in the EPC general contracting project of Zhongtian Iron and Steel Nantong Haimen A-1 Material Yard Inspection Station was successfully completed with on-site training.

    At the end of this month, the ore detection automation system equipment of Shanghai Meishan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Manufacturing Department, including one fully automatic ore and flux detection system, successfully passed the project team's acceptance.

    This set of automated equipment for ore detection - fully automatic melting, grinding and pressing, and sintering iron determination system, realizes the automatic reception, sampling, and uploading of X-ray fluorescence analysis data from remote on-site air to laboratory air. Its performance design adopts advanced, mature, and reliable technologies in China, with excellent product quality, low production costs, and various energy consumption indicators reaching the advanced level domestically (or internationally). It also meets the requirements of users for longevity, energy conservation, and easy maintenance.
