On April 7th, Li Fang, Deputy General Manager of MCC Southern and General Manager of Steel Company, led a team to the Jiayuguan project site to conduct an on-site inspection of the "Jiadong Material Yard Green Intelligent Transformation Project".

    At 2pm on the same day, Mr. Li and his delegation went deep into the first and second phases of the project site to inspect the installation of project equipment. With the introduction of the project leader, they gained a detailed understanding of the key points and on-site progress of the project.

    This project includes two sets of robotic fully automatic intelligent sampling and testing systems for ore and coal, which have functions such as automatic material receiving, sorting, work sample preparation, coding and packaging, retention of duplicate samples, total moisture testing, and disposal. The entire process is automated and unmanned, meeting the tracking and control of various links related to raw materials and fuels in Jiuquan Iron and Steel, including entry, measurement, sampling, sample preparation, sample delivery, packaging, storage, moisture analysis, and inspection. Video monitoring and data display are integrated to achieve information and intelligence management of material acceptance, change the current situation of manual operation, reduce human factors intervention, improve the quality acceptance level of incoming raw materials and fuels, and reduce quality objections.
