Recently, Dongxuan Measurement and Control successfully signed a contract with Shanghai Meigang for a fully automated sample preparation and automatic transformation system project. The project adopts advanced automation and intelligent technologies at home and abroad to create an efficient, environmentally friendly, and unmanned coal and coke sampling system.

    This project includes one set of automatic coal sampling system and one set of automatic coal/coke sampling system, both of which adopt a mechanical arm layout. The coal automatic sampling system is suitable for preparing samples of multiple types of coal such as coking coal, blended coal, single coal, injection coal, and sintered anthracite. It can realize incoming information recognition, moisture detection, particle size detection, composition sample preparation, G/Y value/grindable sample/lithofacies sample/Gibbs flowability sample preparation, as well as automatic sample air delivery, intelligent storage of inventory samples, and other functions; The coal/coke automatic sampling system can automatically receive incoming materials from the sampling system or manually feed them, realizing functions such as incoming material information recognition, moisture detection, preparation of thermal performance samples, preparation of component samples, and automatic sample air delivery. Both systems automatically discard materials and clean sample bottles, and use intelligent sampling and control systems to monitor the overall operation.
