Fully automatic ore and auxiliary material intelligent sampling system project
On June 13th, Zhongtian Iron and Steel's "Fully Automatic Ore and Auxiliary Material Intelligent Sampling System Project" passed the acceptance inspection. The project meets the requirements of the functional design, structure, performance, manufacturing, installation, and testing of the fully automatic ore and auxiliary material sampling system for the entire plant's inspection and testing engineering, and realizes the integration of sampling, sample delivery, sample preparation, and ore return; Automatic sample preparation, automatic screening, automatic moisture and particle size detection, automatic bag packaging and coding of component samples (with reserved automatic air delivery space), automatic storage and preservation of inventory samples; No one is involved in the sample preparation and testing process.
The system of this project is three sets of manipulator plane full-automatic sample preparation systems, which are mainly responsible for automatic particle size sample detection, automatic moisture detection, coke drum strength measurement, composition sample, coke thermal strength sample preparation, etc. of Lianyuan Iron and Steel's incoming materials (iron ore, coal, coke, etc.). The coal sample preparation system can realize the automatic preparation of cohesive index (G value), colloid layer index (Y value), lithofacies sample, and grindability index sample. The whole sample preparation process is fully automatic, environmentally friendly, and unattended.
