On August 2nd, the "Fully Automatic Sintering Ore Sampling and Preparation System" project undertaken by Dongxuan (Shanghai) Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd. at Fujian Sansteel was successfully accepted and delivered to the owner for operation.
On the day of acceptance, the acceptance working group composed of relevant departments strictly followed the requirements of the technical agreement to carry out the relevant completion acceptance of the "fully automatic sintered ore sampling and preparation system", evaluated the installation, commissioning, and feeding operation of the project's system technology and equipment, and carefully reviewed the relevant technical agreement. All parties unanimously agree that the project has been completed, the operation control is good, the equipment is safe and reliable, the information is complete and complete, all meet the quality acceptance requirements of the project, and have the conditions for use. They agree to pass the project acceptance.
The acceptance project "Fully Automatic Sintering Ore Sampling and Preparation System" is a complete set of electromechanical equipment. Adopting belt head sampling and fully automated control throughout the process, the system is arranged in the transfer station in front of the ore coke tank. The equipment automatically completes functions such as sampling, sample delivery, screening, particle size composition, drum index analysis, chemical analysis sample preparation, automatic pneumatic sample delivery, and automatic return of residual materials.
