Recently, good news came from the 5G Green Aluminum Industrial Park in Wenshan City. Our company's 5G+bauxite automatic sampling and preparation system application project has successfully passed the acceptance inspection.
This project includes one set of aluminum ore robot sampling and preparation system and one set of central sampling and packaging system, which realize automatic sampling, automatic chemical analysis sample preparation (grinding to 200 mesh), automatic packaging, automatic moisture determination, automatic particle size determination, waste material return and other functions of aluminum ore. It is also equipped with a dust removal system and fully automatic intelligent control.
The construction and implementation of this project have further strengthened the incoming inspection management of Wenshan Aluminum Industry, improved the reliability and fairness of automatic sampling of incoming belts, online preparation of samples, sample transportation, and inspection, minimized external interference, protected the interests of the enterprise, suppliers, and employees from harm, and built a healthy mechanism for employees that cannot and dare not make mistakes.
