The maintenance and reconstruction project of Majishan phase II sampling and preparation facilities of Shengsi customs is generally contracted by Dongxuan (Shanghai) measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd., supervised by Zhejiang MasterCard Construction Engineering Management Co., Ltd., and the construction design is carried out by CCCC Third Navigation Engineering Exploration and Design Institute; The construction scope covers the transformation of two sets of iron ore mechanical automatic sampling and preparation system equipment, mechanical, electrical installation, commissioning, performance assessment, trial operation and acceptance works, as well as relevant services.

The contract for the project was signed at the end of September 2020, and the design review was conducted at Shengsi customs from October 12 to 13, 2020. On November 11, 2020, the project leader of Shengsi customs went to the manufacturer for sampling inspection of the manufacturing process, and all equipment was delivered to the site in the middle of December 2020; The installation project was started in March 2021, and the single machine, no-load and heavy load linkage commissioning of the system was completed in July 2021. After passing the third-party inspection in September, the project passed the physical handover, signature and acceptance of Shengsi Customs on September 24, 2021, and was officially handed over to the owner for use.

The project is the system process equipment with the highest automation level of on-line sampling and preparation of Iron Ore Wharf imported by the domestic customs system, which can automatically realize the functions of on-line sampling and preparation, on-line automatic particle size analysis, on-line moisture determination, on-line automatic packaging and coding of automatic retained samples, The system will make due contributions to Shengsi customs to control the quality of imported iron ore in the future.
