Raw Material Test Center of Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. serves raw materials, sintering, coking, ironmaking, steelmaking and other production units. It is mainly responsible for the acceptance inspection and component sample preparation of the raw fuel entering the plant. The test data is shared with the Zhanjiang Commodity Inspection Bureau and used as the basis for trade settlement.

With the development of Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., corresponding frequency of iron ore inspections is also increasing. For automatic sample preparation and particle size detection device, the existing device is only broken to 10mm, and subsequent chemical reduction and preparation still requires manual preparation of chemical component samples.
